Pros
Best company I've worked for as a government contractor in DC. The leadership is accessible and always willing to talk, and growth and career development are encouraged. Depending on one's specific job and duties, telework and flexible scheduling are available. This company seems to work hard to keep good people on board.
Cons
The growth of the company at times threatened to overwhelm available resources, meaning some lag time with certain less visible projects. Depending on where your contract work is located, you can sometimes feel a bit isolated from the main office and the larger team.
