This company is a laughing stock. Any good reviews are not authentic and are probably written by HR. Overall just a terrible company. Lack of support or direction. Expect you to be a genius on the first day yet provide little to no adequate training. Sandata was acquired by a different company a few years ago and has yet to meet any of the financial or business requirements from this acquisition. They are a dying company and you should probably think twice if you are thinking of applying or working here. Doug Nafizgar is by far one of the worst c suite managers I have ever meet or worked with and is a disgrace to the company. They need to start firing upper management instead of laying off valuable staff. The company has only gotten worse from this upper management team yet they still keep them. This company has no morale for their hard working employees or the patients they provide service for.
