Pros
Some tuition assistance otherwise nothing
Cons
Bad healthcare coverage, bad dental coverage, bad pay increases, poor retirement contribution, no advancement opportunities unless you have an "in" The CEO of Sanford is greedy and is only interested in making money for himself. He makes lower level management cut costs to make sure he gets more money for himself. He claims he's all about the Sanford "family" but if that was the case he would treat employees better. Sanford gives away millions of dollars to make themselves look good, but the money came at the expense of the employees healthcare insurance. An employer of Sanford will have to pay a minimum of $175 just to be seen in the ER. That doesn't include lab work, x-rays, or medication. If you have another option for a place to work don't choose Sanford!
