Business Outlook
Pros
Although a very large organization, i am encouraged by their investment in employee engagement. Healthcare offers a rewarding atmosphere and the specific mission of the subsidiary I work for is noble.
Cons
The size. The law of averages results in way too many poor managers, too much bureaucracy, change that is too slow...sometimes seems that the organization moves at the pace for the slowest adapters...although with not enough applicants for open positions, it's difficult to be overly selective.
