Employees don’t matter - Anonymous employee Sanford Health Employee Review

Supervisors on up do not care about employees. All they care about is money and try to use patients as a reason but it is really about money. They refuse to help employees out whether with a small raise, hours or schedules. They say they are a family and care about employees but they will not compromise to help employees out yet some employees who are in leadership can practically get away with anything with no consequences. If you are not a provider or leadership you make peanuts and they do not care about you. They may say they care but the actions I have seen tell the opposite story.
