      Get opportunity to work on cool products and interesting technologies Good team and no politics with very good senior support and guidance If u r capable, then will get opportunity to work on different times such as Bscan/ICT/Functional Good place to start if you are in the beginning stage of your career

      Very poor appraisal process and increments Management is not for the employees. Its for their own survival Poor work life balance and it depends on the individual
