      Pros

      The people you work with on the production floor are great. Plenty of training opportunities

      Cons

      No bonuses or pay rise. Unsociable hours. HR and higher management aren't great. Another of cancelled shifts at your expense. You will not be made permanent as an operator no matter how good you are.

      Great fast paced environment to work at with co-workers that make the job easy going and very friendly.

      A lot of different tech to learn and constant changes .
