Pros
Large company with good opportunity to grow and drive changes from within.
Cons
Management seems very relaxed on issues. Too many silos between departments. Lots of tribal knowledge with missing documentation, changes, etc that made working their difficult. Processes not being followed. Not very transparent with Employees regarding covid.
