      Pros

      The best thing about working in Sanmina Guadalajara is that the Automation area is taking the work that used to be divided in several other areas, creating a big team that have to learn about several things and being responsible of complete projects by ourselves.

      Cons

      The salaries and locations are not the best ones. It also consumes a lot of time and have not much flexibility.
