Don' expect a raise - Technician Sanmina Employee Review

No cost of living or merit raise in 5 years! Communication is terrible. Management does not know whats going on on the repair floor. Management doesn't care about their employees. If your not happy and try to talk to them about things (raises, internal promotion, etc) they pretty much say "if you don't like it...Leave. Your replaceable" Moral is terrible.
