      No one knows what to do, no one wants to take ownership, this is a sinking ship. A bunch of aggressive unprofessional people running the show

      10x workload with constant insults & cruses. Gali dena toh comming h. No stability u will not hike no respect no humanity. Think before u join a place next to hell

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
