Pros
The pharmaceutical industry is still a great industry to work in. Sanofi Aventis has been very diligent about protecting the jobs of the people that they employ.
Cons
The single most difficult thing about SA right now is CHANGE. The company like the industry is going through and will continue to go through changes. The other challenges involve being hobbled by the legal department and having to make do with materials coming from some parts of the marketing department.
