      Pros

      The 401k and vacation/time off is fantastic!

      Cons

      Management now looks at workers a renewable resources. How non-management treats employees is getting worse as the years go on. Limited future growth for new employees is the norm. Raises are hard to get and may or may not meet the cost of living yearly increases.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
