      Pros

      There is a strong culture of women uplifting women here. It is truly beautiful and the primary reason I stay. If it wasn’t for this and the men who respect it- I would have left the company.

      Cons

      Without the help of other women uplifting one another, there would be no female leaders. VERY male dominant and there is a culture of accepting a certain level of abuse by men in power if you want to succeed.

      Great benefits. A company that truly cares about its employees and their welfare. This place is great for working parents.

      Cons

      Annual increases are small in some years; the value of your salary can erode over time if you stay in the same position.
