Pros
excellent healthcare products great employee benefits - health; auto; other miscellaneous. company thinks that it's training is much better than it really is.
Cons
unrealistic view of of product sales in light of ACA and insurance industry pressures. doesn't allow field sales to conduct their own operations (though they say they do.) sales bonus structure constantly changing. training does not adequately prepare you for product sales.
