      Flexible, and easy going atmosphere. Opportunities for gathering experiences and knowledge.

      Cons

      Most of the actual "Workers" are contractors. usually with no benefits. Company sponsored events normally exclude contractors. Including such things as holiday parties, Town-hall meetings, and health related benefits such as flu shots. Management tends to resist making complex decisions until the last moment, expecting contractors to pick up the ball

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
