Pros
The company has fantastic benefits program. They promote DE&I, however, I have heard not all dept. are as diverse. They are mindful and promote work-life balance, but it depends on your manager. The salary is on the higher end of the industry. The 401k is great at 1.5X your contributions.
Cons
Depending on where you end up, the people you work with and your manager can make or break your experience. Decisions are slow. Processes are slow, which can cause a lot of frustration on your day to day work. A lot of smoke is blown from people. Some leaders really don't have a clue what they are doing. Opportunity for growth is limited, unless you can smooch and make your way up. Can be bureaucratic.
