      Great pay and benefits. Good company cars.

      Cons

      Sanofi is always behind the eight ball. They got to fat and lazy with the number one selling insulin in the world, Lantus. Instead of doing something different to stand out from the competition, they just kept raising the price. In 2014 we had 7 price increases and they started 2015 out with another price increase.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
