Pros
The benefits package is unsurpassed.
Cons
Quality of managers is inconsistent. I have had 3 great managers and 2 terrible managers. They tend to have favorites and funnel all the best opportunities to them. Territories and customers get changed on us too often. We build a relationship and then it's ripped away.
