Pros

Territory size is manageable, it's not too big. Medical & Retirement benefits are good.

Cons

The company has no sales identity, horrible culture and is structured around a 20 year old BSA/BSR paid intern program. The company wants talent but is unwilling to compensate or foster that talent. Company does not embrace an entrepreneurial spirit or innovation. You either fall into an antiquated model or your are left on the outside. When achieving results outside of this antiquated structure they do not know how to interpret it or reward it. The company has little value for their people and their customers. The only reason they have been able to operate this way for so long is because very few companies are willing to take on the biologics of vaccine. The company is good for a need college grad that starts off in their intern program and foolishly and narrowly move through their career with this horrible culture and no diverse sales or professional growth.

Pros

You Learn a lot about GMP/Pharmaceutical Industry since its heavily regulated by the FDA. The pay is good for the position.

Cons

There are limited opportunities for career advancement, particularly for contractors. Training is generally restricted to the specific process equipment required for assigned tasks, with little opportunity for broader skill development. Additionally, the workplace culture can be challenging. Some long-tenured employees appear to feel entitled to treat others disrespectfully, creating a toxic work environment. Their seniority often seems to shield them from accountability, as concerns raised with management frequently go unaddressed. There also appears to be a lack of diversity and inclusion, which contributes to workplace microaggressions, disrespectful behavior, and an environment where not all employees feel equally valued or respected. There is limited opportunity for contractors being hired on a full time basis, they have to leave the company for six months before they can be hired back! No company benefits for contractors!
