      Medical and dental benefits, overtime whether you want it or not. Vacation time if you can get it approved, Still some good people working there.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, poor work life balance, mandatory overtime, toxic work environment, upper management, pay scale is below average. Unrealistic project timelines.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
