Pros

If you are of a race they favor or are a hired friend of a liked employee or management you will be OK Apply if you know someone that’s liked ONLY!!!

Cons

Unprofessionals running the organization Executive team and management are far from fair Never follow through Hostile work environment Harassment (of many kinds) which they allow to go on Foul language/Dirty looks by Executive and management team Negative self evaluation for employees so they don’t have to give a .10 cent raise Favoritism/Racism No opportunity to grow (Unless you are liked) Members and staff is not their priority All staff meeting is waste of time they stand there with fake smiles and can’t answer questions properly No one ever knows what’s going on Everyday is something new and different (Not in a good way either) Fake company full of politics and greed (Zero stars was not an option )

Pros

good benefits , salary okay

Cons

This company is a nightmare. The supervisor and manager constantly micromanaged every little thing, making it impossible to do any work without feeling suffocated. The environment was toxic, stressful, and completely demoralizing. If you value your mental health and want to avoid a place where bullying and micromanagement run rampant, do yourself a favor and don’t even consider working here.
