If you know someone from within you will get promotion and pay increase If you are yes-master to the boss and toe the line you can work remotely
Cons
Politics and greed of the upper management. All staff meeting is waste of time – fake slides and projection of numbers CMO does not understand the business - is still on-the-job training Executives and management team is all about their paychecks and retirement benefits – after 5 years they will cut loose and run Customer Service might as well not exist. Marketing markets nothing. IT department is very political and makes up numbers CMS and DHCS need to seriously think about keeping this plan going
