4yWe appreciate the feedback you provided about your experience working and growing in your professional journey while at SCFHP. As you noted, we are committed to advancing our staff and especially promoting from within. While promotion is assuredly a way of recognizing an employee’s successful contribution, it’s understandable that other vehicles of recognition are essential. We have recognition programs in place but are always open to exploring ways to enhance employee recognition.
