Can advance positions internally Pay for front line staff is pretty good

Cons

Supervisors were paid the same as front line staff. Dept manager somehow had the least amount of experience and education than the rest of the team. Communication was awful and the expectations were sometimes unrealistic for the team.

This company is a nightmare. The supervisor and manager constantly micromanaged every little thing, making it impossible to do any work without feeling suffocated. The environment was toxic, stressful, and completely demoralizing. If you value your mental health and want to avoid a place where bullying and micromanagement run rampant, do yourself a favor and don’t even consider working here.
