Pros
Can do some flexible working depending on your role. Car scheme and other benefits are good. A lot of very good people doing a great job every day. Salary competive.
Cons
Some people looking out for themselves and will stab you in the back. A lot of the management are not up for the job. They have little or no people skills. Teams can be clicky and if your face don't fit then you might as well leave. Not a lot of scope for promotion unless you are friends with the manager doing the interviews.
