Pros
The annual salary was decent. The company said they would give you a big bonus. The company definitely worked you hard. I worked in the Dallas office
Cons
The understood concept with management was meet your deadline at all costs. Not much work life balance at all. There was 75%+ turnover in the accounting department in the year while I was there. Definitely a stressful environment. They say they will give you a big bonus, but they don't really give much of a bonus to new employees. You have to make it through a whole calendar year first. They tend to hire from outside for managers as well.
