You need to do your research! If you work at slow traffic branch expect to make cold calls all day (30-45) and small bonuses, also there's no hope of advancing your career. If you work at a high traffic branch that's where the real opportunities will show. This bank also has an insane turnover rate, from Branch to senior level so be prepared to constantly go through changes. Please be cautious with your decision.
