Very flexible and supportive environment, also paid a good amount. Certains teams are excellent to work for and will help you however you need to achieve your goals.
Cons
Some people in the bank are very condescending towards colleagues. I eventually accepted a role elsewhere because my line manager liked to pick fights with me first thing in the morning.
