Nothing gets done here . People don't take ownership of the work they are doing . They are so many teams you need to navigate to and follow up multiple times to get a 5 mins job done . You seniors will get promoted based on the work you do . Senior management is aware of the challenges but they do nothing . There is always restructuring happening so you never know when they are going to throw you out . People have no focus here .It's a toxic place.
