Thank you for taking the time to look at back on your time with us and leave us this feedback. Whilst its great to hear that you though the people you worked with were great and that you enjoyed a positive work/life balance, we are sorry to hear you felt there were some issues with the management teams you worked with. We don't condone any form of bullying or harassment and this is made clear within the business and we hope that you were able to flag any occasions that you saw through the various support channels available to you. We have recently re-launched the Santander Way with a reduced number of behaviours (5) and have had several road shows with our people managers to help embed this, they will now be holding similar sessions with their teams.
