Pros
Pay is good for the position, the system is ahead of many competitors, the benefits are comparable if not slightly better than other banks.
Cons
The banks "Hospitality Standard" is not as hospitable as the name would imply, clothing boasts less professional options but requires them to be purchased from the banks affiliates and although you are given a budget the price of the items makes it so you are only able to buy a few days worth of clothes which for a 5 day work week means multiple laundry days and repeat outfits devoid of personality. "Hospitality" also limits the personal items on your desk to a handful of pictures, again making the space feel devoid of life.
