      Large client base. Decent Job security. Good culture.

      Cons

      Salary hikes are less. For the same designation and more responsibilities freshers and lateral joinee will earn twice of peers depending on the organisation they are hired from. Not enough motivation to carry on the same job.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
