      Lots of bright young cardiff people. Lots of software to be developed and fixed and tested.

      Israeli owned, tight, dont pay well. Poor processes, very unstructered

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
