Pros
1. Great Working culture 2. Good work/ profile for BA's, you would get good work if you are capable. 3. Great Pay better than industry standards. 4. People are great to work with, you will definitely learn as people are very supporting and helping and has good knowledge. 5. HR organizes little stuff in company to keep people involved in activities and fun stuff.
Cons
1. Company is going through a transformation, the visibility of future is a bit bleak as of now. 2. HR rules are mostly good, but sometime in some area you might not like the way they handle certain cases. (This i think is applicable to all companies) 3. Need to improvement in handling travels/finance etc.
