I am sorry to hear that your experience at Sapiens was less than positive.
There have been occasions where a role at Sapiens is advertised with compensation details and any subsequent offers are carefully considered and made based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of that individual.
Interview documents i.e. notes, presentations, templates etc. are retained by Sapiens having been provided by the candidates during the interview process to demonstrate experience/suitability to the role. These documents are then held on an employee’s personnel record, in a secure environment, and following their departure from Sapiens expunged after 6 months to comply with data protection guidelines.
In reference to termination by way of redundancy, a legally compliant and fair process is followed at all times. However, we do understand how upsetting this is as there is no nice way of terminating an employee, particularly when it is due to Business changes. In all cases, the company ensures that the redundancy process is managed with compassion, visibility, and support.
