Pros

could work mostly from home on one of the project (thank god didn't have to travel to South Africa - but some colleagues had to); compensates the weekly commute flights for another project I guess

Cons

had 4 or 5 interviews, sometimes with tests; got offered a salary way below the advertised range, despite 7 years of experience in the field of decision management, including senior positions (oh, and the VP kept some of my work templates after an interview); repetitive spelling mistakes in the contract, including on my name (had to eventually use an online tool to correct the PDF, as UK HR couldn't be bothered getting it right). condescending attitude to clients by management, and sometimes to own employees as well. quasi entire UK team laid off following termination of client contract, except for the long-time manager (fair) and 2 resources brought from India on visa (unfair). no leave package, despite full utilisation outside training and holidays. (excuse: low earnings) Oh, and the company made an acquisition a few months afterwards.

Sapiens Response

Thanks for taking the time and sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your experience at Sapiens was less than positive. There have been occasions where a role at Sapiens is advertised with compensation details and any subsequent offers are carefully considered and made based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of that individual. Interview documents i.e. notes, presentations, templates etc. are retained by Sapiens having been provided by the candidates during the interview process to demonstrate experience/suitability to the role. These documents are then held on an employee’s personnel record, in a secure environment, and following their departure from Sapiens expunged after 6 months to comply with data protection guidelines. In reference to termination by way of redundancy, a legally compliant and fair process is followed at all times. However, we do understand how upsetting this is as there is no nice way of terminating an employee, particularly when it is due to Business changes. In all cases, the company ensures that the redundancy process is managed with compassion, visibility, and support. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and appreciate your time at Sapiens. Best regards, Sapiens HR Management

Pros

Great people prior to the change in administration.

Cons

Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
