      Good pay compared to others. WFH. Work life balance.

      Less learning opportunities. You'll forgot what you have learned, as you'll be working on built in framework. You need to keep yourself updated in terms of technologies.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
