Pros
Sapiens is growing a lot, and hiring a lot. The leadership is smart about business health - during the COVID-19 pandemic, nobody lost their jobs due to business slowdown. The company is stable.
Cons
Along with rapid growth there is a LOT of change - people leaving voluntarily for other jobs and others moving up. Also, there have been times when upper level management made commitments to customers that were impossible to keep, and did not admit the target would be missed until the very last minute.
