Worst company ever - Senior Developer Sapiens Employee Review

any role they hire, they give training courses like donkey. doesnt matter if they hired you in tech role or non-tech, you have to go through set of trainings including tech and non tech areas. i came here for dev role didnt saw any line of code in 2 months, was unable to clear one non-tech training in 2 attempts they fired me. like seriously, a dev needs to know non tech things also?? lol, i dont know where future of company is going. more like a govt offc
