      1.Salary 2.Management 3.Colleagues 3.Product based. Never heard anyone got fired or asked to leave Looks like pretty decent company trying to establish a good base India.

      Cons

      1.Health insurance scheme for parents should have been sponsored by company 2.Leave policy could be improved. 3.Lot of scope for HR policies augmentation.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
