Only goodies they give you. They ask for constant feedback but can't see any change
Cons
1. No written policy on Exit formality 2. They scrape you from your designation because you had a conflict of opinion 3. You cannot take optional holiday/ RL as per you religious belief 4. Senior management has no exposure of other companies so they think their ways of working is correct 5. MICRO MANAGEMENT 6. They will let the entire team go but won't change Senior Member due to which team is disrupted 7. No Sick leave, need to take Earned leave for everything 8. Need approval for everything 9. Training has exams like you give in school and trainers are ill mannered 10. Rating is given in decimals , its funny 11. No work life balance 12. Take ask for feedback but don't work on it 13. Insurance is also only 3 lac 14. Did not get Medical leave for corona, they asked to to apply EL 15. I left the organization in less than 6 months 16. Team from other countries do not have good communication skills except UK 17. Software working on old technology, nothing to learn
