The worst work experience ever had in my career - Senior Project Manager Sapiens Employee Review

There are plenty!!! There is no medical leaves,even no policy of Covid leaves for employees or their families. Parents insurance coverage(with additional premium) was also not available until mid of 2021. Worst work culture and politics. No defined delivery process,everything is heuristic. Employees need to work 12-13 hours per day and need to provide justification for half day leave as well. During exit process, IT department penalize employees for a minor crack in the laptop also which is very common in Lenovo ThinkPad models. I was charged 14k for 2 minor cracks which will be recovered from full and final settlement.
