1. The work environment is not like typical product based company. The work culture is like service based company where you are billed in multiple projects and expected to work more than 12 hours. If you are married it’s better to stay away from this company as work life balance is a joke here. I was put on multiple projects and expected to work in different time zones 2. No proper training is given to the migration BA joining newly 3. The migration work seems mundane and you get easily bored once you work for 1 or 2 year
