      Working from home is part of the culture, and depending on your position, it is very flexible.

      Cons

      - Communication from the top down is very poor - Favoritism for certain cultures - Bad benefits - Bad contracts were written and teh company is bleeding money

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
