If you are a developer offered in Digital delivery team, India, you better stay unemployed than joining here. 1. Tamil management who are highly biased. They recruit their kin(You know how), promote them and throw bad light on other ethnicities. 2. They false promise on hikes and make you overwork, micromanage and make your life miserable 3. They stay in their foreign bosses good books but never credit the actual workers 4. They expect you to treat them like Master but they treat you like slaves 5. Only internal tools are used and even Bcom grads can do this 6. Every developer in delivery team is looking for the market to be stable to jump asap 7. If you are unemployed or if you have a miserable life as developer - please join.
