Cons
I am working relentlessly to move out of this company—not because of lack of capability or opportunities, but because of the toxic and discriminatory environment that exists here. This organization fosters blatant regional bias. Employees from Bengaluru are consistently favored and treated with undue respect, especially by the unit director and senior leadership. In contrast, those of us from outside Bengaluru are subjected to constant pressure, sidelined, and deliberately overlooked—despite delivering results. This isn’t just subtle bias; it’s open discrimination. What’s even more appalling is that this behavior is enabled and even perpetuated by those in positions of power—many of whom carry a narrow-minded, region-centric attitude. It’s as if the leadership believes they own the company simply because they belong to a particular region. Such a mindset is toxic and divisive. This culture of favoritism and lack of professionalism is already costing the company. Revenues are dropping, morale is low, and good people are walking away. Yet those responsible—who create divides based on geography—remain comfortably seated in director roles, continuing to damage the company’s integrity and future. This is not leadership. This is failure at the top.
