      Work Life Balance is better than other places

      Cons

      - No Salary increments, even with high inflation. I have seen people not getting any increment for consecutive years, some unfortunate people didn't get any increment even in a decade. - They are focused on company growth, not people growth. - Big mouth people are given all the credit, managers are incompetent - Lack of recognition, there are very few programs to recognize people.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
