      Pros

      Amazing coworkers, decent pay for not hard work, easy going supervisors

      Cons

      Management either doesn't listen, or they don't care. They make big changes to the schedule without asking anyone's opinions, anything that goes wrong is your fault. They belittle you and talk to you like a child. They tell you that you are replaceable.
