Steady work Union (guaranteed wages - some protection against manager's abuse - vacation and benefits) Lots of Overtime
Cons
Supervisors, Managers - no respect towards the employees Very noisy environment; very hot in the summer; 10-12 of standing on your feet every day; no bonuses (except for the management); all training is done by fellow employees (some know the process, some do not) Most managers, supervisors have no formal education - poor technical knowledge of the industrial processes and very poor people skills
