Here are a few: - Before I was hired - During the interview process, the hiring manager kept asking who I knew. This was a red flag as this hiring manager was trying to know certain individual names in certain department so he can ask further info about me (the candidate interviewing for this job). This caused some chaos/confusion at my current company before I resigned. I really wished the hiring manager didn't do this as it is not proper. - During the background check, the company wanted me to submit my current paystub and W2 for my pass companies and current. This was very sketchy and is a big red flag to anyone else who may be looking to apply here. - Not enough resources to execute projects successfully. Thus employees are burnt out. - Certain individuals in senior level are not experienced. - Lack of support/teamwork among various department. - Departments do not work together as a team. - No one want to take responsibilities. - No resources to help out with the gigantic amount of workload.
